Founded in 2015, J&N Maintenance Services started as a two-person team—my wife and I—providing maintenance and repair services for a local property management company. Through hard work, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we grew one project at a time.
In 2026, we became a Licensed General Building Contractor, allowing us to expand our services and better serve homeowners, landlords, and property managers with reliable repairs, maintenance, and renovations
